The CQP ARCHIVE site is an outlet site owned and operated by CQP, and is categorised as a sub-domain to C-QP.COM. At CQP ARCHIVE outgoing collections, press pairs and samples are made available for purchase at significant discounts and customers are asked to carefully take part of the shipping terms as these are more restrictive for CQP’s ARCHIVE products. In case products are sold with minor defects, this will be clarified in the product description.
GENERAL
These terms apply to all users of the domain C-QP.COM and its sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Coloquy CQP AB (henceforth: CQP; may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site.
If you are under 18, you may use this Site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you must monitor and supervise the use of this Site by children, minors and others under your care.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction due to suspect fraud or any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

CQP reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
PRICING POLICY
Prices are displayed in EUR for all countries. Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices inside the EU. The price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted and will be honoured, except in cases of error. CQP will in such case notify you using stated contact details. Prices are subject to change during ongoing sale.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. CQP ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
